The Customer Thermometer support team may ask you to share the response ID for a rating which is the unique identifier for a logged response.
There are two areas you can find a response ID.
1. The Response ID can be found within the rating and comment email alerts :
2. In the Reporting Area > Blast Breakdown of the Thermometer > Responses tab > click the magnifying glass next to the response
