Freshdesk: Email template received is blank after adding survey
Issue:
You have set up your survey within your email notification template within Freshdesk and the template appears correct within Freshdesk. However, when the email is received, the email notification is blank and does not contain any body text or survey element.

Resolution:
This could be due to the line length exceeding beyond the permissible RFC standards due to which the mail is being sent as blank. This is usually caused by the presence of too many div tags or other tags contributing to the length. Modifying those or the length of the body text should resolve the issue.
