The Comment Report provides a central place to review comments from all surveys.
Each Blast Breakdown report also has its own Comment report tab, to view comments per Blast.
In this report, you can filter by the rating the comment is associated with, you can see numbers of
comments, as well as pie charts of comments by rating and sentiment.
This report also produces a word cloud of the most common keywords giving you additional narrative to the feedback ratings received.

The “Actioned” checkboxes are available to mark whether a comment has been replied to or actioned internally. Checking a comment is visual only. It doesn’t cause any action within your account.
