A single, simple metric for gauging satisfaction
Customer Thermometer calculates (and updates in real time) a “Happiness factor” for each Blast and for your entire account (on the main dashboard).
So for each Email Thermometer Blast or Embedded Thermometer Blast, we provide a Happiness factor to compare every Blast.
It is calculated as follows:
%age happy (GOLD + GREEN RESPONSES) / Total responses
The example shows a Happiness factor of 54.2%
