You are using a survey in your Exclaimer signature and have the recipient variable present in the recipient email custom field within the Thermometer.
However, when an email is sent containing the survey to multiple recipient's in the TO or CC field, all email addresses are displayed next to the rating in the Reporting. This makes it hard to know who has responded to the survey.
You can see in th screenshot above three emails are in the Recipient Email field therefore, we do not know who clicked the Gold.
The way identifiable data is captured such as the recipient's and sender's email is by using Exclaimer's recipients variable within the survey code as we can see below in the Email custom field.
The way this variable works is that it looks up the TO and CC fields of the email containing the survey when it is sent and pulls anything in these fields to display in Customer Thermometer next to the rating (or Exclaimer's Feedback Power Up feature). Consequently, if you have an email going to 2 or more individuals all email addresses will be pulled in to display next to the rating within your Reporting. I'm afraid the variable is unable to know who has actually made the click due to this limitation.
