Microsoft Teams Integration

Customer Thermometer's previous formal Teams integration utilized Microsoft's Connectors within Teams however, this functionality will be retiring December 31st 2024. Due to this, our Engineering Team are working hard on a new formal integration but we can offer the below in the meantime.

Our Microsoft Teams integration posts your feedback directly into a designated channel. You are able to configure which alerts and comments are posted against which thermometers. 

Setting up Microsoft Teams

You can add your channel's email address to rating alerts for just the ratings, and/or add your channel's email address to the comment alerts to push the comments through to your channel also.

Please note, at this moment in time you are unable to customize the custom fields which are pulled through in to the Teams Channel. If a custom field is populated with data, it will be pulled through along with the rating post.
