Microsoft Teams Integration
Our Microsoft Teams integration posts your feedback directly into a designated channel. You are able to configure which alerts and comments are posted for individual or all Thermometers.
With Workflows within Microsoft Teams
The workflows app needs to be installed and approved for your Microsoft Teams workspace. This may involve a step for your IT administrator. There is an alternative method below which uses the email-to-channel functionality.
On the desired channel, click the three dots and then go to 'Workflows'.
For ease, we recommend searching for 'Webhook' and then selecting - 'Send webhook alerts to a channel'.

Choose the relevant channel and then click 'Save'. You'll then be presented with the option to copy the Webhook URL. This will be used within Customer Thermometer as a trigger to send the alerts to.

Within Customer Thermometer, you would then go to 'Automations' (or Push Options), then to Microsoft Teams.
For each channel, you would create a new connection. This allows you to segment and collect your feedback in any way possible.
From the 'Add New' menu, you would state an internal name, paste the webhook link from the Microsoft Teams Workflows and then choose which events you'd like to be notified about within your Microsoft Teams channel.
Once configured, you'd save and then go to 'Linked Thermometers' to choose which Thermometers's responses you'd be notified about.
The next applicable response or comment (or both!) will then be posted into your Microsoft Teams channel.
Alternative: Email to channel
As an alternative to using the Microsoft Teams workflows, you can instead use the email-to-channel functionality and add the unique email address inside the notification fields in the Thermometer Builder.
You can add your channel's email address to rating alerts for just the ratings, and/or add your channel's email address to the comment alerts to push the comments through to your channel also.
Please note, at this moment in time you are unable to customize the custom fields which are pulled through in to the Teams Channel. If a custom field is populated with data, it will be pulled through along with the response or comment notification.
