# Creating a Hubspot Writeback
We do not have a formal pre-built writeback with Hubspot therefore, the below will guide you through how to create one using [Webhooks](https://support.customerthermometer.com/knowledge/webhooks-overview) and Zapier.
To sync the rating and comment that Customer Thermometer collects back into Hubspot, we suggest using a combination of webhooks and Zapier. This would allow you to populate data against a contact / account in Hubspot
Our webhook functionality means that every time a response or comment is collected, it will fire that data into Zapier which acts as the middleman. Zapier will then format the response correctly for Hubspot and handle the update.
Once you've created your account, setup your Thermometer and added the embed code into Hubspot, the next step would be to setup Zapier.
1. Create a new zap within Zapier for Webhooks, with the Trigger Event as "Catch Hook".
2. This will generate a URL for you - which we'll need to add into Customer Thermometer. Click continue so "Test Trigger" is on the screen.
3. You now need to go to your Customer Thermometer account, under Automations - find Webhooks. Create a new webhook, adding the Zapier URL from step 2 into the webhook address field and customise as you wish.
4. Once you have setup the Webhook setup - there will be an option to "Test Fire Webhook".
You'll want to click this and then head to Zapier and click the "Test Trigger" button. This process sends some test data from Customer Thermometer into Zapier that we can use to model the integration with.
5. Back to Zapier, next you need to add Hubspot as an app and login to Hubspot via Zapier.
This connection will allow you to push responses into Hubspot.
6. The action for the Hubspot event could be 'Update Company' or 'Update Ticket' or you could have both.
7. Using the placeholders from Customer Thermometer, you can then update the Hubspot fields of your choice. You would use the ID that is collected in one of the Customer Thermometer's custom fields or you could add an addition step to lookup the company using a different attribute that is passed through.
8. At this point, it's worth testing the whole flow - from your point of sending the Thermometer out and following the feedback trial. You can use live data as a way of testing within Zapier which may help you decide exactly what data you'd like saved within Hubspot.
Once decided and saved, your set up is complete.
