Bounced Emails
This is for Email Thermometers only.
There are two ways you can view if and why survey emails have bounced.
1. Blast Report
Log into your CT account and head to Reporting > Email Thermometer Blast summary > Click on your Blast. Then scroll right to the bottom where you'll be given a Bounce Report.
The email of the recipient will display along with the bounce time and a reason given. Hover over the pink '?' to view the reason given by the recipient's server.
2. Export Bounce Report
Log into your CT account and head to Reporting > Export > Enable Step 2 > Export Bounce Data.
This will export all bounce data across all Thermometers.

The CSV will include the recipient's information as well as the bounce time, failure reason, failure code and failure type.
Failure code and failure types
Our Email Thermometers are sent by Socketlabs (US) or Mailgun (EU). These email sending providers have their own lists with failure codes and further explainations availble.
