# Adding your CT survey as a piece of Dynamic Content in Zendesk
You will need to have Zendesk admin rights for this set up process
You can embed your survey straight into a desired [Trigger](https://support.customerthermometer.com/knowledge/setting-up-a-zendesk-thermometer) or you can even add the survey as a piece of Dynamic Content.
Adding the survey as a piece of Dynamic Content is ideal for those who have the same survey in multiple templates/triggers and are wanting an easy way to make mass updates to the question or icons for example. Updating the survey HTML within your piece of Dynamic Content will automatically update all the surveys across different areas in your Zendesk at once.
