You have received a rating from a customer which is showing in your reporting and recieved an email alert (if enabled), however, when you go back into your reporting the rating has either changed colour or has set itself back to pending.
Once a recipient has submitted a rating for an Email Blast (Email Thermometer) they have half an hour to reset their response. If they reset their response and pick a different rating the original rating will be updated to the newly chosen one.
If the recipient chooses to reset their response and not pick another rating, the rating will go back to show as 'pending'.
Email alerts are still fired for the initial rating and if the rating is reset to a new rating ie red to gold so you could receive one original rating email alert and then the new reset rating email alert - essentially two different email alerts for the same recipient.
