You are unable to edit an existing Thermometer or create a new Thermometer when logged in and was able to do so previously.
We have seen auto-password filling or the use of password protect services that either log you straight into the app or pre-fill your details in the sign in box cause this issue.
Please fully log out of Customer Thermometer using the log out button, clear your browser cache and log in via the log in page https://app.customerthermometer.com/?template=login
ensuring you physically type in your email and password (even if it's there by default please remove and retype). Once completed, please try editing or adding a Thermometer.
