Issue:
You have set up your Zendesk writeback to write the ratings and comments back into your Zendesk ticket when it is solved however, the ticket status gets updated to 'open' once this has happened.
Resolution
To stop the ticket from re-opening due to the write back, you can set up a Zendesk trigger so the status of the ticket remains as solved.
In Zendesk, head to the Admin Centre > Search Triggers and create a new trigger following the below conditions:
Once set up, the ticket when the rating is written back should remain as solved status.
