Your account health overview can be found by clicking the wand in the right-hand top corner.
This area will provide you with an overall account health score based upon what features you are utilising within your account. You can drive up your score by completing the recommendations given on the right-hand side. When a feature is or has been utilised a tick will appear next to it as shown below:
You can easily connect with our Customer Success Team by using the 'Speak to our Customer Success department' button for additional help and support around getting the most out of your account.
This section also allows you to review specific Thermometer health by using the drop-down to pinpoint a Thermometer to review:
This section will provide you with a list of features your Thermometer is and is not utilising.
The account health section is not only used for enhancing your surveys but also your reporting tools and overall account set-up.
