Create your Zoho Embedded Thermometer
Create a new Embedded Thermometer.
Choose “Basic HTML” from the Embedded Thermometer type drop down box.
When you’re happy with your setup – you can then add your Thermometer to your Zoho Mail signature(s).
Step 2 – generate your HTML snippet
Generate your embed code
Click the Generate embed code button. You will see a window popup.
Customize the elements shown below.
Amend the fields as shown below. Please include the sender's full name in custom 1 and their email in custom 2 - this will allow the sender details will be recorded against the incoming ratings.
For example:
Click the pink “Generate HTML” button.
You will see the HTML code appear. Copy to your clipboard and then switch to your Zoho Mail account.
Step 3 – create a new Zoho Mail signature
It’s now time to create your new Zoho Mail signature.
Access your signature, by clicking on settings and then choosing the signature setup:
On the next screen, give your new signature a name (1).
Next, switch to HTML mode (2):
You will see a pop up. Paste in the code, copied from Step 2:
Click OK and you’ll see your signature appear:
Save your signature, and your signature is live.
Tracking multiple team member senders within the same Thermometer
You can aggregate a team’s scores using a single Thermometer within your account, whilst also tracking individuals’ scores within that team.
Once your first signature has been generated, you can create your next colleague’s tracking links by changing the two fields shown above (in custom 1 and 2). Click the “Generate HTML” button again, to generate a new set of unique code for team member #2.
We recommend copying each set of code into a word doc or email and sending them on, ready for each team member to add it into their signature.
Repeat as many times as you need to. Return to your Thermometer as often as you wish to regenerate additional team members.
