Create your Tigerpaw Embedded Thermometer
Create a new Embedded Thermometer.
Choose “Tigerpaw” from the i) Embedded Thermometer type drop down box.
Generate your embed code
Click the Generate embed code button. You will see a window popup.
We pre-populate some Tigerpaw tokens/variables into your custom fields for you:
We pre-populate recipient email, first and last name, company, ticket ID and tech assigned email for you. You can add additional custom field data if you wish. Below are some additional Tigerpaw variables: Tech assigned first and last name:[token]tvw_TokenData_ServiceOrders.TechAssignedFirstName[/token]
[token]tvw_TokenData_ServiceOrders.TechAssignedLastName[/token] Ticket subject line: [token]tvw_TokenData_ServiceOrders.BriefDescription[/token] Customer ID: [token]tvw_TokenData_ServiceOrders.AccountNumber[/token]
Click the ‘Generate HTML’ button and then copy the HTML generated in the box on the right hand side.
Adding Thermometer icons to Tigerpaw Templates
Paste the HTML snippet into the appropriate email template within Tigerpaw.
Test it all works and you’re ready to start tracking real time customer feedback from Tigerpaw tickets and service orders inside your Customer Thermometer reporting area.
Final steps
Once you’ve embedded your Thermometer into TigerPaw, you’ll need to finalize your landing pages. You can enable a comment field, add your logo, customize the wording, and lots more!

Don’t forget you can also enable instant email alerts, and set a lockout to prevent the same person responding more than once within a chosen timeframe.
