I'm afraid it’s not possible to have more than one question per survey. Our system is designed this way to ensure that the feedback request is ultra-light touch and takes as little of your customers’ time as possible. As a result, the response rates are fantastic and you find out how they feel immediately. Unfortunately, the moment you ask recipients to answer additional questions then the response rate drops.
We do, however, offer Response Drivers which may be a useful alternative for you.
Response Drivers give you that extra piece of insight as to why a recipient has clicked on a certain icon. They allow you to really pinpoint the areas which need improving or rewarding within your business by classifying those essential pieces of feedback.
These can be set up within your Thermometer's landing page settings area and formatted to match your branding. You'll find the guide here as well as further information.
