Each Customer Thermometer account has a single login (your email address), which can be shared concurrently with other team members. If you’re sharing a login – do be mindful not to share a personal password.

We have just released multi-user which will incur a charge per user, however, as multi-user is still in beta phase we’d be happy to set up users for free.
Currently, we have admin, billing and reporting roles available. Just to note these are users who need to access the Customer Thermometer account, not the senders of the survey itself.
Before multi-user was released this week there was only one admin log in per account and you would share the username and password with those who needed it internally. Therefore if you’d rather just share the account credentials with your colleagues instead of being set up on multi-user that’s absolutely fine.

Enterprise Edition customers have the option to have multiple accounts, aggregated account master dashboards and additional reporting widgets, giving access to other users, to a subset of an account’s reporting dashboards.
