Customer Thermometer has the ability to write-back response and comments to 3rd party applications and systems. Configured within your Thermometer settings, updates can be automatically pushed against an item within that 3rd party.
Note, this is only for formal writeback integrations.

Issue:
Your formal writeback was previously pushing ratings into your ticketing system but now has stopped.
Resolution
- Ensure the credentials used to authenticate the writeback are still valid. If the password has changed, the credentials have been removed from your ticketing system or the role of the credentials has changed, this will affect your writeback and you will need to re-authenticate within your Thermometer Builder.
