Issue:
You are using the O365 Add-in to add your survey to your emails within Outlook however, the reporting is not pulling through the recipient's email to display next to the rating.
'No data' as shown below is appearing instead.
Why is this happening?
When Microsoft Graph API fails to retrieve the recipient details carried in the GUID, and a recipient leaves a response, 'No Data' will appear within the reporting.
Resolution
1) Please also ensure the end users who will be using the add-in have authorization to do so within Enterprise Applications within Microsoft Azure Active Directory (now renamed to Microsoft Entra ID). If they do not, this can cause the add-in to not function properly consequently causing the 'No data' issue.
2) Please may you click the 'Refresh Thermometers' button within the Customer Thermometer Add-in as this will refresh the API call which carries the data in case anything has blocked or disconnected it.
